Carolina Auto Service is an FMP Professional Service Center. That means when you get your vehicle serviced with us you receive complimentary Roadside Assistance coverage for the next 12 months! That coverage begins from the date of your original auto repair service and continues for 12 months. And the best part is there are no mileage restrictions. The warranty is a nationwide limited 24 month/24,000 mile limited parts and labor warranty (whichever comes first) for FMP parts installed by participants of the FMP PSC Program.

FILING A ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE CLAIM
- To file a Roadside Assistance Claim, you must submit the following within 60 days of the date of service:
- A photocopy of the original invoice identifying the participating repair center and the services performed. The invoice must identify the year, make and model of your vehicle.
- A photocopy of the paid invoice for Roadside Assistance from a valid auto service provider. This paid invoice must detail the name, address and telephone number of the service provider. It must also identify the specific vehicle receiving the service
