2007–2014 GMC Yukon & Yukon XL (Second Generation)

With sleeker looks and more tech, this generation also brought a handful of familiar headaches: 

  • Oil Consumption (5.3L AFM): Models with Active Fuel Management (AFM) often burned oil prematurely. GM made updates, but many trucks still suffer. 
  • Stabilitrak Warnings: Erratic ABS or traction alerts usually trace back to a bad wheel speed sensor or faulty yaw sensor.
